The artist

Raised on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, I developed an early appreciation for the colors, movement, landscapes, and sense of place that continue to shape my work today.

As a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, I built upon a lifelong connection to art and creativity. What began with drawing and painting grew into a career creating original patterns, bespoke murals, and large-scale works in stone and glass.

As a lead designer at New Ravenna, I collaborate with master artisans to transform drawings into handcrafted mosaics. My work includes the San Marco and Old Castle collections, the award-winning Moon Jellies, and Otto the Octopus—a 182-square-foot glass mosaic brought to life with twenty-four colors and accents of gold. Whether inspired by Venetian architecture, the movement of the sea, or memories of growing up on the Shore, every design begins with a story.

Outside the studio, I continue to paint and accept select commissions inspired by animals, coastal landscapes, and the people and places that carry meaning.

Whether I’m creating a small painting or an entire mosaic wall, my intention remains the same: to make something thoughtful, beautiful, and deeply personal—art that gives a space its own story.
